Red-light\/Green-light<\/em> was an installation presented at Gallery Elbowroom in Gothenburg in 2003. The work posed a single, unsettling question: What if your daughter was being sold here?<\/em><\/p>\n

The installation consisted of two parts. On the upper floor, the video Perpetuum Mobile<\/em> was shown on a monitor.<\/p>\n

On the lower floor, visitors encountered a large-scale photographic image depicting two young girls, presented anonymously. The image was accompanied by factual information about human trafficking, prostitution, and the structures of sex purchase in Europe and Sweden.<\/p>\n

By removing identifying details and shifting the focus from individual biography to systemic conditions, the lower floor addressed trafficking as a structural and societal issue rather than an isolated crime, implicating both demand and responsibility.<\/p>\n

There was a video called “perpetuum mobile” upstairs shown on a monitor.<\/p>\n
